Having spent 17 years as a zoological batrachology consultant and 8 years as a freelance ecological field surveyor before joining the world of ecological consultancy Andrew has developed a wealth of knowledge and very diverse skill set. He holds Natural England survey licences for great crested newt, bats, and white-clawed crayfish, a Natural Resources Wales survey licence for great crested newt, is registered under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS / LISS / BALI), is a registered member of the Royal Society of Biology (MRSB), and a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management (MCIEEM), the Institute of Fisheries Management (MIFM), and the Royal Entomological Society (Mem.RES). In his spare time Andrew is co-ordinator and recorder for the Worcestershire Reptile & Amphibian Group, long-standing committee member of the Herefordshire Amphibian & Reptile Team, committee member of the Worcestershire Mammal Group, steering member of the Malvern Hills Crayfish Group and an active member of the Worcestershire Bat Group and Herefordshire Mammal & Bat Group.
